This is hands down the best leadership book I have ever read. It's aimed at an audience that isn't necessarily interested in heroc Jesuits, or the Church, or anything like that.
Cris, worth the read but be prepared to motivate yourself to get through it. This book explores what we can learn from the Jesuits when building leadership skills.
